Great Time and Great Place!
It's a great hotel!!!! The concierge service is spectuar! The staff are really friendly, attentive, adorable! All the services are great and the food is delicious! Off course that I will return! I totally recommended this hotel!

What was the highlight of Etoile Hotels Jardins
Hotel was invaded twice during our stay. Nothing shown on the news. Etoile acted in bad faith.
Do not stay here. As a São Paulo local, I can guarantee you are going to be at risk. The building was invaded twice by criminals during our stay within one week. At night you are left with a couple of staff members only (by the way: very nice people that can't help much the risk they go thru) and zero security. On the 8th of April, 02:24 am the building was invaded by 3 men armed. At the end they took cars from people including mine. Three days later it happened again. The hotel offered a very stupid compensation (to pay the damages up until my checkout date, totally ignoring the fact that I'd be staying without a car for much longer). The rooms are spacious and location is great, but seems that not only this new Etoile thing is not only far from the price level they're trying to reach, but also a completely irresponsible and disreputable company. Last, nothing was shown on the media. Be aware!
The company that runs this hotel is not trustable at all. Run away. After the invasions nothing was shown on the media, and they've tried to negotiate with me which damages would they cover. Clearly a bad faith and complete lack of proper respect to the customer. They have spacious rooms and great location, but be very, very careful about this place. Staff were very nice but few.

We had an outstanding room, views, location and staff. Nuff said
We (2 couples) had a killer 2 story penthouse with great views. Wonderful location for food, shopping, art, ect. Leonardo (front desk) scored reservations to a top notch restaurant for 14 people, prime time, on a Saturday within an hour of my ridiculous request.

Excellent location and great attention!
The apartment was very well equipped, spacious, and very comfortable. The location is excellent. Continental breakfast was included in our rate, and it was very good. Would definitely go back.
